You know how if you were blindfolded and left in a Target or Walmart....when you took off the blindfold, you wouldn't know what city you were in, because they all look very similar....if there wasn't a palm tree in the foreground of this shot, I'd say you were right down the interstate from me. :-)
lol...no palm trees that far north! I almost cropped them out too! I like going there, it's strangly calming. The manatees come into the bay next to it during the winter to stay warm so you can go see them swimming around too.

ReplyDeleteOmaha, NE...the land of no palm trees. :-) :-) But we ARE starting to see green grass now that all the snow is gone...that's a plus! :-)

ReplyDeleteThe closest thing we have to manatees and the bay are the snapping turtles that hang out near our plant on the Missouri River. :-)
